Driver's side window doesn't operate?

So what is wrong with it. The window is thankfully up but it is getting nice outside and drive through windows are a pain!

The Switch seems to operate because when I depress it I can hear a small click within the door. I know this isn't the switch itself because I have removed the door panel and you can clearly hear a click from inside the door but the window doesn't budge. Do you have to replace the whole carriage assembly or just the motor?

You can change the motor only but you may have to drill out the rivets. But I would take my trusty test light and make sure the current is getting to where it connects to the motor before I spent a dime.
