    Pues definitivamente estas equivocado, la leche no es blanca, tiene un color cremoso, cuando es recién ordeñada. Se ve blanca cuando la pasteurizan, pero en realidad no es su color verdadero. Incluso hay especies en que su color es café.

    por la caseina de la vaca. Hace bolas de grasa y eso le da el color blanco a la leche
