How to unscrew a blunt screw?
The screw suffered few metal-on-metal scrapping and blunted with little purchase left, it is surprising no one else asked of this, not the screwdriver but screw affixed on a netbook, it is at bottom-side and all other screws are fine and already out.
I don't have industrial lubricant oil, the screw is clasping bottom plastic to top keyboard, with electronics sandwiched in between. Need to do so to put in hard drive.

I have done a lot of that kind of work with antique clocks; I've had a ton of luck with careful use of a pair of needlenose pliers gently grabbing the screw and turning the head from the side. Ditto with a very small fine pair of vice grips: the lock gives you better grip and can actually be set to bite into the screw.
I actually saw someone super glue a screwdriver INTO the remaining head and remove one that way; kind of rebuilt the groove; but you need to be REALLY good with the glue, or you make a mess a lot worse.
Last resort; I'd take it to a professional. Clock repair, jeweler, mechanic, computer repair house.

Dot of solder on the head of a screw driver placed onto the worn screw. Rest in place may work.
