Dress Fitting Help?

So I'm trying to buy a dress online at hottopic and I don't want to get the wrong size. The review says it fits well to the sizing chart but I'm afraid I'll get a size too large. According to the sizing chart I should be a seven, but i was thinking five. What would a 35 1/2 bust, 28 1/2 inch waist, and 36 1/2 hips, size be for me? The dress it self isn't very tight and I wear a size 3 in pants and small/medium in tops.

    Go by their sizing chart. Not all companies have the same sizes. If you're still not sure email them and ask.
