So I'm trying to buy a dress online at hottopic and I don't want to get the wrong size. The review says it fits well to the sizing chart but I'm afraid I'll get a size too large. According to the sizing chart I should be a seven, but i was thinking five. What would a 35 1/2 bust, 28 1/2 inch waist, and 36 1/2 hips, size be for me? The dress it self isn't very tight and I wear a size 3 in pants and small/medium in tops.

I don't mean like over the top but for more of a visual: dark brown hair, almost looks black with a couple purple streaks in it. Slight winged eyeliner, with a natural pink-ish lipstick. Skinny jeans with batman sweater? That's the best example I can give, plus i hate stereotyping "emo" or "scene" but I'm not into extremely large hair, ect..

So i have a 4 ounce ultra violet by manic panic hair dye but online it says it fades to grey quickly and i don't want to waste the dye. Is there anything i can do to make the grey look less noticeable since it won't be my whole hair? or any other colors I could dye with it?

I know this sounds stupid but I haven't ordered anything from sta bucks and I don't want to sound like a complete idiot when ordering. How would I order: Java Chip Frappuccino

1 pump of Cinnamon Dolce syrup
