First it will start another civil war. Then it will declare the presidential vote valid and if supported by the US and EU will exterminate its own population. What's happening there is getting more and more alarming.
The govt has already declared they will recognize the election valid even if a number of regions don't vote at all. Most presidential nominees don't even visit those regions at all or hold meetings there. They don't care.
