Is there a way to copy Dark Souls 2 PS3 Save?

I am wanting to strictly backup my saves on my ps3 without doing a full backup for certain games. Im not interested in all the modding crap for skyrim or Dark Souls 1 and 2... I believe my PS3 is pretty much dying T.T

Any help would be appreciated.

(ps: I dont have PS Plus)

Update:

I know that some games have Copy-Protection. But is there a way to get around it?

    You just need an external USB device formatted as FAT32. Just copy whatever you want to the USB from PS3. Be aware, however, that some content cannot be copied due to copy-protection restrictions.

    EDIT: The ONLY way is to use PS+ or do a FULL backup using the Backup Utility. You cannot directly copy protected files.
