    we know that a+b+c=π

    So Tan(a+b)=Tan(π-c)

    Since Tan(π-c)=-Tanc

    Expand

    (Tana+Tanb)/1-Tana*Tanb=-Tanc

    Tana+Tanb=-Tanc+Tana*Tanb*Tanc

finally we can simplify to get

    Tana+Tanb+Tanc=Tana*Tanb*Tanc

so then just substitute it to match the top

    tan 10a + tan 10 b + tan 10 c= Tan10a*Tan10b*Tan10c

    Hope it helps
