Did I eat too little?

So for breakfast I had:

- One Cliff Bar (170 Calories)

- One Luna Bar (180 Calories)

- Glass of Milk

For Lunch I had:

- One Nutella Crepe

- Chobani Blueberry Yogurt (100 calories)

- Glass of Water

For dinner I'll have pasta at a restaurant. Is this enough? I'm 13 by the way (girl).

Instead of having things such as nutella crepe is better to have a tuna sandwich and you are eating to much carbohydrates for breakfast instead have a proper sandwich for dinner than snacks

Your eating a lot of carbohydrates, sugar, and processed foods. Where's your nutrition? There's little vitamin and nutrients in what you listed. Milk is one of the highest common allergens there is and it creates mucus. Your body is getting no fuel whatsoever.

Looks like a sugar laden low-fat meal plan that would put weight on if it were not so calorie restricted. You are making all the wrong food choices with the wrong methodology if fat loss is your goal.
