Don't choose Esme for gosh sakes. There are a whole herd of girls named Esme coming up thanks to Twilight.
Sylvia or Sylvie are great. Bianca and Mona are fine, too.
I like Irene, Maureen, Melinda, Freya, Nancy (Nan), Carol and Susan.
