What movie (based on cover art) Comic book inspired?

Hey, What is this movies name?

It's cover is mainly black and orange in color. There is a females face and it's (I think) 50's or 40's styled.

The whole movie is made to look like a comic book, with back lighting and lighting and bright lighting on the people facing the camera -- shadows are away from the viewer.

Each scene is made to look like one comic square.

As far as the plot, all I remember is a female (journalist?) who is blond was in the city, there was an attack of some sort. I think maybe by air. She ducks into an alley way. There also is a male character too. And I believe lots of old planes are involved. It's with real people, just the art style is inspired by comic books....

Any ideas?
