Your browser has been "Highjacked" by a redirect trojan.
Adblock cannot prevent or counter attack this.
Technically it's called MITB or BITB attack (Man in the Browser) (Boy in the Browser).

Unfortunately there are so many forms that no one solution can help. But at least now you know what the problem is.
Depending on what browser you have, you can go into your security settings and enable the no redirect option. Firefox actually has a special add-on called 'NoRedirect'
First thing I would try is a 'System Restore' back to a time before this problem occured;

As you already have Norton go to their web site and use their free tool designed specifically for this problem;
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/s...
TrendMicro has a free Browser Guard;
http://free.antivirus.com/us/browser-guard/
BrowserProtect is another good software to help with this "Redirect" browser problem;
http://www.browserprotect.org/
They also have an add on for firefox;

If the above methods fail you can try malwarebytes free to scan your computer.
https://www.malwarebytes.org/free/
Don't click the green 'GET MY FREE DOWNLOAD' button as this downloads their 30day paid trial.
Instead scroll down the page to see the differences between the two and make your decision.
The best way to perform your scans is in 'Safe Mode'
If no luck then you will need a technician.

Use Adblock Plus. It's available for
Google Chrome - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock-... and
