It says in the description that it's 15 inch length, but from where? Your shoulders or the scoop neck opening? Would it end at your bellybutton? Help please!

It's measured from the shoulders to the bottom hem of the top. If you have small boobs, it is a safer buy than if you have big girls as they will draw it up to be shorter in front.
I'd try on a tee you have now and measure from the shoulder seam down to where you want a crop top to go. If that is 15 inches, then get this one but if the measurement is longer, you wouldn't be happy with the 15 inch one!! : }
btw, remember that the one at the link could shrink a little in the laundry.
