There are 7 Billion people on this rock. It only stands to reason that a few tenths of a percent of them would be into really gross and icky stuff.

Lots of people have weird kinks. There's nothing wrong with it as long as they keep it private and between consenting adults. If you're not into that, don't do it or look at it. It's really that simple.
