why am I shaking??

And you won't get all side effects don't let the list scare you. It is possible but unlikely to get the bad ones. It is just to tell you what can go wrong. Shaking is a normal side effect. I started shaking when I took Hydroxicut. I didn't get any other symptoms. I was about 5 "5 and 160 pounds (male).

The shaking should go away as your body adapts to the weight loss supplement. My guess is about a week or so. And expect shaking if you take it on a empty stomach. I am pretty sure it will say take it 30 minutes before a meal (from memory). And it should recommend starting on about 1 pill 2 times a day. Then gradual go up each day. By about day 4-5 you can take the recommended doses.

P.s. I took the product as directed for the full period. I dropped from 160 pounds to about 150 pounds. I know it doesn't sound like much but I had a low body-fat percentage therefore It was harder to lose weight.

Hydroxycut is dangerous crap you should not be putting in to your body. You are hurting yourself.

You aren't even overweight. You need to eat properly and stop buying these fad diet poison pills.

And after that you need to talk to your doctor to make sure it hasn't damaged your liver, and then discuss healthy eating with them.

STOP taking that first of all your only 17 start working out , hiking, gym and eating healthier stop with all of that nonsense products that will only cause you harm
