    If you were named in the will - you would have been contacted.

    If you were not named in the will - then likely you get nothing. Verbal means nothing. Even if he had told a family member what you were going to get - family member has no legal obligation to give it to you.

    County court house. All deeds, wills are kept on file. Free info too. anyone can see anybodys wills or marraige or death. If you where close to him and the family. You could ask to see. But if your name is there sure they would call or send it to you.
