Well, sometimes you might be able to substitute your favorite foods for other healthier foods.
For example, instead of soda, try fruit water! Just cut up some fruit and put it in your water.
Instead of candy, try frozen fruit! Stick your favorite fruit in the freezer. It's delicious, trust me.
Instead of ice cream, eat frozen yogurt! You can top it with healthy snacks, like frozen fruit.
Instead of eating chips and dip, eat pretzels and hummus! If you don't like hummus, try salsa or another healthy dip.
Instead of desserts, try Yoplait Light. They have lots of delicious flavors like Red Velvet Cake or Boston Creme Pie. Make sure it's Yoplait LIGHT, because regular is more fattening.

You could cut your legs off, that way you can continue eating your fave food and lose weight.
