Linguists: I'm making a constructed language, help?
I'm making a constructed language and am not sure of all the consonant sounds I want to be used in it. I want it to sound very elegant, sounds you might hear Elves sing in Lord of The Rings, so I don't want sounds I consider too harsh (examples include dʒ, the Arabic 'kh', ). But I want to be more creative with the consonants I use, any would help be awesome. Please and thank you <3

About the elven languages in LotR, the one that is (for the most part) spoken in the movies is Sindarin, and although it sounds smooth, it actually uses many sounds that aren't very smooth at all, such as ch in loch (not like in chair) but it sounds smooth because of the way that it's spoken, such as being spoken softer then other consonants in a sentence, or having a sort of accent. (not as in an accent mark, but like an accent for a region e.g. Southern Accent, British Accent, Australian Accent, etc...)
