is it normal to have diarrhea when you eat unhealthy?
i was eating healthily for about 2 - 3 weeks.. then last weekend i went on a vacation trip so i ate whatever i wanted. also during my diet i was jogging about 2 miles but i didn't jog at all for my vacation trip. went to restaurants and drank coke and the whole nine yards. i had diarrhea like once each of the 3 days of the vacation trip.

I used to eat moderately organic/healthy foods before I went to college and whenever I ate pizza with friends I would get diarrhea.
I assume its normal
