Morgan Stanley Background Check?

Hello,

I have just been offered a Summer Analyst position in NYC and I just found out I will be fingerprinted. I totally forgot I had an open warrant for criminal mischief in Connecticut that happened in 2006. My friend threw a can at a cop car and we all got arrested. However, I forgot I had it and when I ran a background check on my self, it came up. I just took care of it and it got nolle prosequi meaning it got dismissed and I had to pay a restitution. Do you think they will see if because it happened in Connecticut? I am also born and raised in NYC so I have no address in CT. Please leave advice or any insight. Thank you
