that's only like 3 crimes each ... that's not that bad
the crimes they are committing are probably not as bad as the white collar crime that takes place, unprosecuted, all the time

Sorry. But even criminals have appeal rights, and even expedited removals can be stayed or cancelled by the judge. The President does not have much to say about that.
