    If you rule out all of the other options, "B" is the best answer.

    Your web host would provide the DNS of 2 server IPs. Those are required at your domain name registry. Once propagated, the entire world can then find you.

    The problem is updating the Domain Name Service. THAT is done at your registrar. Your web host gave you some information, specifically the IP addresses or NAMES for their DNS servers. You have to update your registrar with this information, which means the answer is B. It can take up to 48 hours for this update to travel throughout the system so your domain will be pointed to the IP address of your web host.
