I would think "C" is the answer because on a non-compliant TPM computer you would need to save your encryption key onto a USB removable flash drive.
This is because of the nature of Bitlocker when using a non-TPM computer where normally the Bitlocker master encryption key would reside on the TPM chip, it now requires the USB drive to house Bitlocker's startup key for that specific computer.
BitLocker can encrypt operating system drives, fixed data drives, and removable data drives.
How will this restrict BitLocker? "However, computers without TPMs will not be able to use the system integrity verification that BitLocker can also provide."
Let me know if I'm wrong. ;)
Good Luck!
