Muslims, I read that Jews were from the lineage of Isaac, Sarah's son,?
and Ismael was from an Egyptian slave,Hagar, Abraham First son. Ismael didn't receive the blessing from Abraham for his inheritance, but God instead gave it to Isaac, and blessed the Jews with his covenant for all times. God ALSO heard Abraham exclaim, "Oh that Ismael could have this blessing! " ( Ismael was only 13 at this time ) In fact Ismael almost looks and sounds like- Israel. I found it very tragic and sad, heartbreaking even, that this child and his mother were cast away, banished, and he lost his father's right to inherit everything. God said that Ismael would be a 'wild donkey' and start arguments and pick fights with everyone all his life ( a little foreshadowing into the anger that would live in him as a result to what was done to him as a child? ) But that he too would be a father of great nations and kings. The Jews drop Ismael like a ton of bricks, and no Christian books ever mention him again. The Quran picks him up., brushes him off and continues the story of Ismael and Hagar, living in Becca, Seeing his father Abraham and making the alter to God, in a land unfamiliar, and not a friend in sight. To this day, there is still a tragic ending to this story. Will it ever stop with a reunion? Will these two 'brothers' ever be reunited as one? I see Isaac and Ismael, men, coming together and getting to know each other in a new way, one of respect. What do you say the ending will be?

Salam Yes based on the Qur'an that Jews were from lineage of Isacs or ishaq the second son of prophet Abraham/Ibrahim from his first wife Sarah and Arabs were from lineage of Ismael the first son of prophet Abraham from his second wife Hagar an Egyptian slave I hope the happy ending of these two descendants of prophet Abraham will be united peacefully

Ishamel's mom was not a salve but a princess. The king of Egypt was greatly impressed with Abraham (AS) and so he gave his daughter in marriage to him.
In OT God made clear promise to make his progeny a great nation. If he were not capable, He would never have supported him. The false insertion calling him a donkey is a blasphemy for
which the responsible people will surely be punished.
No nation in the world is related to God.He is the Creator and not
father of any people, chosen or not. So if they fail to obey code
of conduct given to them. they fall from grace. If Jews were so good, why they were sent on the diaspora of 2000 years?

Given that Muslims rejected the first 24 of 24 prophets of Islam, isn't there a reason to keeping that tradition of utterly rejecting Allah as Muslims don't have one historical artifact proving any of their existence prior to 700 CE? According to Islam, the next prophet after Ismael was Moses. Why?
Just think about how bad the rejection was of prophets Abraham and prophet Ismael for Allah Himself to reject Muslims and become the God of the Jews. And what was Allah's first order of business as the God of the Jews? Allah personally destroyed Egypt and freed the Jewish slaves because Allah heard their cries for justice.
Given that Abraham and Ismael were prophets of Allah, they can't be the reason Allah would abandon Muslims as Abraham abandoned Ismael.
*** The Jews drop Ismael like a ton of bricks, and no Christian books ever mention him again. The Quran picks him up., brushes him off and continues the story of Ismael and Hagar, living in Becca, Seeing his father Abraham and making the alter to God, in a land unfamiliar, and not a friend in sight. ***
It is only tragic since prophet Abraham chose to abandon prophet Ismael for Isaac. By isn't the destruction of Egypt by Allah just as tragic? Allah went to His own and they so rejected Him that Islam has twice as many Jewish prophets to Muslim prophets.
*** I see Isaac and Ismael, men, coming together and getting to know each other in a new way, one of respect.*** The only way that will happen is if Muslims learn what Allah made them to do during their lifetimes. If they don't know what Allah made them to do, there is no way they are going to guess as Allah's thoughts are far greater than our thoughts that we could never compare what we would do to what Allah would have us do.
So do you know what Allah made you to do during your lifetime? The only one who can tell you is Allah and no answer is an answer.
