I mean would you allow death penalties? Correctional? Length, that sort of thing.

People will not be jailed for non-violent crimes but only pay a hefty fine, unless they are in a position of power.
Death penalty for child molesters and cop killers.
I will keep Habeas Corpus and Miranda.
Everyone will have food and shelter even if it is only rice and a mud hut.
Everyone will have a right to face their human accuser in a court of law thus making stop light and speed cameras moot.
No Parole or Probation
All rapists will be surgically castrated.
That's a start in the right direction.
