I think when you have some great players you will have a certain level of success, Mike Brown was considered one of the better coaches in the NBA when he was coaching Lebron and the Cavs but he been fired twice already since then.

I am fairly confident that Jackson would not have all of those rings if it was not for Jordan and Pip and Shaq and Kobe. I do think when you do coach a superstar a coach can try different things and have some success because they have the players to experiment with.

So I do think Spo is a good coach but it does benefit him to have Lebron on that team

Yes he is very lucky to have the best player in the NBA. But it's not so easy to manage a team. He has to keep everyone in it, and still draw up plays in big moments. He has made some questionable moves, but he has made it to multiple championships.

It's hard to say if he's a great coach because i'm not in the huddle, but I believe he's pretty good.

He outcoaced pop in the finals last year POP so yeah if he can outcoach pop then he is DAMN good.

Any team that wins back to back championships has a good coach.

He's pretty good. Not great but good enough because of his players. He can't turn a mediocre into a star like Phil Jackson can and Doc Rivers.
