what can i do if someone will not pay their catalog order and its in my name?
I have let a so called friend order from my catalog on buy now pay later. She has had the item some time now and the balance is £200 to be paid by October or the interest of 37.9% will be added. She has showed no signs of paying despite the fact I have mentioned the interest. Any ideas how I can resolve this?

You stop mentioning the interest and say if the £200 is not forthcoming you will go to small claims court and sue them for the money plus the interest, never ever do this for anybody,its like lending money, always a bad idea, you have to be direct with them, ask them if you should pay for their stuff! you may have to lose a friend over it.
