Most of the fluro lights in the garage?
The Fluro lights in the garage were blown all except one.. So I replaced all the starters bought new fluo's and the lights still do not work....The tubes are trying to light up but nothing happens.. What else can be wrong?

Older fluorescent lamps and fixtures gave problems starting in cold temperatures and moist area.
Often if you rubbed the tubes, they would start.
You could also have defective ballasts.
Another problem is the contacts may be corroded. Make sure the power to the fluorescent fixtures is off before checking and cleaning them.

The ballasts in those old fixtures might be 'blown' as well.
Probably cheaper just to replace the fixtures with modern ones
using RS lamps.
