will my bra size reduce on the raw till 4 diet?

Ok so I am 23, 5'5" and 130 lb.

I have DD breasts which I love and don't want to lose to a new life style........I'm really interested in the raw till 4 vegan diet strictly for health reasons.

if I go vegan will I have to get implants in order to still be a DD?

P.s. I have hips to match......I'm an hourglass....so my breast size matches with my hip size wonderfully......but my waist is really small

    There are many vegan strong men and vegan body builders.

    Eat lots of oil, coconuts, nuts, seeds, nut butter, and avocados.

    Eat 2450+cals per day. Eat 6+times per day no more than 3 hours apart.

    Eat some dry roasted edemame as snack(high in protein). Eat to the point of nausea. Never feel hungry, keep eating more. Eat a variety of fruit, veg, beans, nuts, seeds, grains, mushroom, and a little salt not to much salt.

    Take vitamins:

    -refrigerated pro-biotic a good quality one.

    -consider a high quality digestive enzyme (especially if your 50+yrs old or have health issues)

    -multi vitamin (good tasting naturally flavored chewable) Read the ingredients, make sure you are getting all your daily nutrients.

    -b complex supplement (if your multi vitamin does not provide 100%+recommended dose of the b vitamins)

    -flax seed oil or hemp oil pill (for omega 3)

    -amino acids.

    -calcium+d supplement (good tasting naturally flavored chewable)

    -Vitamin C

    -cranberry supplement

    -L-lysine

    -Consider getting a protein shake mix or protein bars (try to get one that is healthy)maybe soy protein isolate/concentrate.

    -edemame/soybeans, there is dry snack form that is like eating nuts, and there is dry chocolate covered snack form.

    Also to help keep your boobs large do chest exercises to build your chest muscles.

    changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially. you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average. 1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day. (btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

    on raw till 4 they will reduce in size because you will most likely lose weight long-term.

    hey all, The safer and fastest weight loss that I have ever had was with Jans super plan (i found it on google) Without a doubt the most helpful weight loss plan that I have ever used.
