I got locked out of my hotmail account, what should I do?
I got locked out of my Hotmail account a while back (almost a year ago). However, I can still log into my youtube account, which uses my Hotmail account's name. Every time I try to log into my Hotmail account it tells me that someone else may be using my account and tells me that it will send a code to my phone. Unfortunately that phone number is no longer valid so I have to fill out a questionnaire asking me for my name, recent e-mail subjects, etc. Has this happened to anyone else and if so how do I get back in? I have tried to look for a CS number but to no avail. Thanks.

Ditto , I got locked out of mine a few days ago , and im actually really annoyed , all my contacts and recent emails lost to me , having to create a new account , with lots of crap questionaires asking me of my most recent emails , I'm not filling in any more dummy word /letter recognition tests , they are actually quite demeaning , when you think about it , making the clients -us - fill in boxes with odd scripted letters in to prove we are not machines - in whose interests am I setting up an email account , I got tired of waiting for the sort code to be sent to my phone , it simply didn't happen , so created another domain on another server , good luck and dont be messed with around again !
