I'm about to get a little personal right now. But that's okay.
I tried to commit suicide back in 2010. Not for the same reasons, I tried to commit because it was a wild side effect my anti-depressants were giving me. I was 17 years old then, I was TOO young to be taking those meds. Anyway, when I was sent to the hospital, a nurse came into my room and told me that there are several reasons why people commit suicide by overdose. (I too, tried to overdose on my anti-depressants and Tylenol) One of them being because of a break up, or someone not wanting you in their life.
You have to let this person GO. If you cannot realize and value your own self worth, how is your ex or any other man going to value your worth? Acknowledge your existence and do not throw it away over someone who doesn't want to have romantic ties with you. Be the mature one, (as hard as it is) and accept it. You're going to fade in and out of this stage for several weeks. Maybe even a couple months. But you have to let it pass. Fight off the urges everyday, and I promise things will get easier for you.
