Cheap smartphone plans?

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a smartphone because I would like to be able to browse the Internet from my phone. I probably would only use around 100 minutes of talking, 50 text messages, and 10 hours of browsing a month from my phone. Does anyone have any suggestions for what phone, provider, and plan you would recommend for this relatively little usage?

Thank you,

Kevin

Update:

I'm located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Update 2:

Does anyone have any limited plans for less money per month? I certainly don't need unlimited everything.

Well depending where you are located. I would simply say t-mobile. Not knowing your budget, and understanding you dont need very many minutes or text messages. It comes included with unlimited text and talk and internet for 50 bucks. Only other i would suggest which is competitive in prices and coverage is straight talk. straightalk.com
