Some fundamentalist Christian women I know say they would never be with a guy whether it be married or in a?

dating relationship unless he was Christian. These same women also oppose divorce. What confuses me is that what if their man who is originally a Christian decides that he doesn't want to be one any longer? Do you think they would divorce him then if they couldn't ever get him to go back into being a Christian again. People change over time. I have known many former Christians who are now Atheists or have converted to other faiths. If a person doesn't want to change into who someone else wants them to be, that's their right and I find that admirable.

Christians are worse than atheists because they divorce all the time when they say it is against their religion without biblically acceptable reasons. Atheists do not need such reasons.

They just do what ever they like, and use the bible to reconcile it in their minds.

The fact that is doesn't hold water goes right on by them.

They make the rules as they go along to suit.

Spiritual purity is more attractive and important than is money and status and and sex. So, no. one should never date an apostate. Voluntary separation with an agreement for mutual support is preferable to divorce. Separation is desirable because the faithful and faithless should not intermingle (except for the express purpose of propagating the good faith). The Bible is clear on this.
