Does it look bad that I start in a community college?
I wasn't able to go to a four year university because of the money. I'm worried that it'll look bad for jobs that I started at a community college for 1 semester.

Community Colleges are great places to start an education. They often have more support for entering students and come understanding professors. What matters is that you graduate with a good education and NOT a huge debt. You are taking the right course.

All employers look at is the final degree. So if you start at east bum **** cc get good grades get a scholarship to Yale to finish out your BS all an employer is going to see is that BS from Yale. A lot to people start in CC because of the cost. No problem with it.

Really it depends what you want to do as a career when you finish but the one thing I've learned from school and university is that it really doesn't matter too much where you go and how you get there.
