Lose Fat, Maintain Muscle?

Hi i'm 15 and you may think im being foolish or dumb but ima just be blunt... I want a sixpack; im determined to do it (summertime) and I am looking for tips on what are the best things to eat to lose the fat while maintaining muscle... Im about 5"8 175 pounds and I workout a lot (every day light workout, 4 days Hard workout).. before you think ima fat *** just wait a sec (ill try to put pic).. I crossfit, play football and box.. ima big guy I guess but not BIG in that way.. just for the fun of it ill put my lifting PR's

Back squat: 265

Front Squat: 225

Clean: 215

Hang Clean: 200

Snatch: 185

Deadlift: 300

So my personal trainer guesses ima bout 12-15 % body fat (wild guess) Just to be clear he doesn't advice that I try to lose weight because football season is coming up and he wants me to hit bigger numbers but you know ima kid and I want a sixpack .. Just to be clear im probably going to try and get abs even if you advice against it too :) sorry

My trainer said if I try to lose weight stay below 2000 calories and little to no carbs and sugar.. he didn't go into detail because he advices againt it but im just wondering what you guys think... Thanks if you made it this far.. oh btw he said no milk but that's what my go to thing to eat when I cant eat anything else... would low fat milk be good.. remember im trying to lose fat but not lose muscle OK THANKS guys really appreciate it

Keep bulking imo. You are 15 year old. Prime time to build muscle. This window of opportunity will close soon enough and gains will become harder.

Below 2,000 calories? At your age, size and activity level it sound like starvation which could stunt your growth.
