2 algebra questions?

Hi, I really especially need help with the 1st one, I really appreciate it!

1. Write an equation in slope intercept form of the line that passes through −3,2 and is perpendicular to x-2y=7.

2. Write y= 0.5x-3.2 in standard form using integer coefficients.

Thanks!

    the first one is easy look:

    x-2y=7 2y=x-7 y=0.5 x-3.5 ---> m=0.5 and the slope of the perpendicular line is -1/m=-2 M=-2 (y-2)=-2(x-(-3))----->y=-2x-4

    and the second one i guess needs to be like this 20y=10x-64?
