I have a rough draft narrative that I am writing, but I cant seem to think of a good first sentence that will start off the paper. it needs to somewhat state what the paper is going to be about, but even more important it needs to draw the reader in. my topic is telling about when my little sister was born and how i reacted, and how it changed our family. i dont want the first sentence to sound corny, or inexperienced. If it helps, I am in 9th grade. Or if anyone knows a good website that generates first sentences for you, or helps you create a first sentence, that might help to. I keep on noticing that on my rose leaves, there are tiny tiny black bumps on my roses. I'm worried that they are eggs of some hurtful little bug. I thought they were cabbage worm eggs at first because they are exactly the tiny size of cabbage worm eggs, but these bumps are black. they are mostly on the tops of the leaves, but sometimes on the bottoms, and they brush off really easily. i've also been spraying the rose with a garlic/cayenne pepper spray ( a naturual way to keep bugs away), so I'm wondering if maybe the eggs are cabbage worm eggs and the spray is killing the eggs? I'm really not sure, but please anyone help if they can!

After four years of bloody fighting, the South was finally defeated and joined back into the Union. But there were many factors that were vital to the turn-out of the war that eventually led to the Norths victory. The North enjoyed many more important advantages than the South did, and it was these benefits that helped the North win the war. I was in the dining room studying, and i was making brownies in the oven. They were cooking in a glass pan, just as normal. And suddenly i heard this huge crashing, shattering noise, and now my glass pan is lying in pieces all in the oven. What should i do?! i shut off the oven of course, but i cant shut the door because there are glass pieces all down in the door crevice. I am probably going to get in a lot of trouble,even though i have no idea how it happened. is it even possible to clean it out of the oven? i need help from anyone please!

I know that they both wanted womens rights but one of them had a different opinion on womens rights. i just am not sure what it is. was it that Lucretia Mott focused on womens rights for African American women slaves while Elizabeth just wanted rights for all women or for only whites? if someone could please clarify this for me, and i would like an answer with a source if possible. thanks so much!

The most annoying thing happens every time i go on microsoft word. The mouse icon changes to a blue loading circle and it flickers in and out constantly.
