Two geometry questions? 10 points BA?

1. A backyard has a triangular shape. Two adjacent sides of the yard are 300 feet and 426 feet. The angle between the two sides is 62 degrees. Find the area of the backyard to the nearest square foot

2. The cup on a golf-green has a diameter of 4.25 inches. A standard golfball has a circumference of 5.28 inches. About how much room is there between the ball and the cup in a shot in which the ball goes in exactly the center of the cup?

If you could show how you get the answers for both so I can understand, that'd be great :)
