I wear mostly skirts and dresses to work. None of them are more than 2-3 inches above the knee

Why don't you drop by and find out? Personally, I don't care how old you are , mini skirts are inappropriate to wear to work. For any woman over 30, it is a huge mistake and unacceptable as it is very unprofessional.
