can a zvs driver run a transformer for tig welding purposes?

tittle is self explanatory.

I'm not looking for the kind of driver used for Jacobs ladder or Tesla coils more like zvs for induction heater, which I believe is more appropriate for a welder(amps).

Update:

let me rephrase that.

I know I have to plug it to the wall or power source.

I was thinking in terms of, if the zvs circuit can substitute for an inverter board.

IF the purpose of the Inverter Welder(I.W) board is to change the frequency; why not use a zvs driver? then run the output through all the igbts and what not.

    No, Hook the welder to a portable generator or plug it into the building electricity.
