for 'fixing' or removing the stuck CD, these resources may help - the first is specific for Honda radios with D players. the problem is common. The second is more generic, but provide suggestions that may work, if the first one doesn't work for you.

your car owner manual is also somewhat helpful:

If you have a mp3 adapter cord, an aftermarket AUX kit has been installed which may use an FM transmitter, which should have its own instruction manual. You may need to determine the model / manufacturer to locate an online manual and more details for how to use it. One way to find out what it should be set at - plug in your device and play a particular song, in repeat mode. Use your tuner to scan the stations down the FM range (only 100 stations, so it doesn't usually take very long to find it.
Sometimes, there is a switch or other setting on the aux unit that will allow you to use one of several presets. These are needed in large cities, where the frequency it is set to just happens to be used by a local radio station, which will overpower the unit, causing it not to function until it is set to a different frequency.
PAC - Pacific Accessory and at least another 6 companies make after market kits, most do not work on radios with cd changers (6 cd units) because they don't have a compatible plug. Each vendor has a different method of interfacing with your player, some thru FM others hijack/work with your CD controls.
In either case, if your radio is a genuine Honda part, with a Honda logo on it, you might want to talk to your local Honda dealer about your options / solutions before going to a third party like Best Buy, unless you plan to replace your unit.
