well you need to be in the care of a obgyn the do bleed so i would get professional help to make sure it has not become worse

having a cyst on an ovary** can cause a lot of different symptoms.. excessive bleeding, prolonged, heavy.. irregular. as long as its not a severely heavy amount then I'd just wait it out.
