If I am tired of selling real estate, what are some other well paying jobs I can qualify for?

I am beyond retirement, and wanting to retire for real. I no longer enjoy listing properties or helping others buy properties. I have my license, but have thought of letting it expire. What are some other jobs that pay well for a real estate salesperson? How do I find those jobs? Thanks for your suggestions.

That's funny - I was a general manager of a corporation all my life and I dreamed of dabbling in real estate once I retired. But I have mostly just not worked for eight years because there is no point in making more money just so I can pay more taxes.

There are many jobs that require a real estate license - property management, real estate schools and certainly jobs with private and government relating to acquisitions, etc.

You could go into semi-retirement. Keep selling some real estate, but not as much. And be more selective about which real estate you sell. Meanwhile, maybe in your spare time, write a book or something.
