BEST FOODS AND EXERCISES FOR ABS?
Hi guys!! :), I workout a lot, at least 50 pushups a day, 500 calories on the elliptical, and 65 squats daily. I have abs, but I just don't know how to tighten them enough to make them visible all the time. I don't like crunches, already tried them a lot in the beginning, I need something new. And I also need to know what to eat to help them, and not make them disappear lol.....thanks <3

Try holding your stomach all day until it become an unconscious thing to do. Also cruches are the best. U really don't need to eat high calorie foods. But maybe a little protein to feed the muscle after it has been worked out!
Try the pull up bar: instead of pulling up by arms. Use your legs to crunch your stomach. Its better than laying on the floor. Or try excersise ball and sit ups!

Jst increase ur metabolism by eating high protein food..
6 smaller meals per day.. and carbohydrates for energy.
And use L carnitine suppliment. It helps to convert ur unwanted fat into energy..
