Just hit level 2, why can I answer some quetions andnot others?
I'm finding that, seemingly unless ads are posted w/ questions, I click the answer box and it does not enlarge, and no "submit" icon comes up. WTH?

Perhaps you are over the days limit for your level or that the one asking has blocked you for some reason. You can refresh with the F5 and maybe that will help.

This is more than likely because people have blocked you due to your attitude and sh!t answers like the one you gave me.
