Well, it is very hard to try and guess what is just based off of some dums and dahs. Normally, I would be clueless without a video, in which the piece is played.
However, I remember seeing an episode of SpongeBob with my cousins a few years ago which featured the Romeo and Juliet Montagues and Capulets piece. Could this be it? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljOMXgfflRI
Even if it doesn't sound familiar at first, stick with it for a bit. The part which most people would recognize starts at about 1:35.
