Best career choice or possible jobs for me?
I will be entering college soon and it's never terrible idea to think ahead. I have thought about what i want and how i want a family, etc. and have some idea of my future. I just have an issue with most jobs out there at the moment it seems . .. i really hate offices. I seriously can not imagine getting up and working in an office all day. I had an internship in which i experienced the office life a bit (~4 months) and was happy finishing that internship fast. I have multiple careers in my head, most take many years to achieve: doctor, private investigator, writer, scientist, aviator. I joke i could do them all and i could over the course of my life, but as a main career it's tough. I like science, information is something i never get enough of, but lab life is dull and would rather do field work or something somewhat physically demanding of me. I am observant and have had interest in P.I. work for years but unsure if my childhood of NCIS and Sherlock have me thinking it's greater than it is. Writer is something i think i can achieve as a side thing. Aviator is totally opposite of my other career ideas as the college is far away and schooling would be different (Naval).
Basically is there a career using knowledge, not in an office, a little demanding, money would be nice and is a "thrill" to have?
PS I like biology, psychology and languages and will major/double major in some combo most likely

You sound like a person with a lot of interests and talents.
I suggest you get a copy of What Color is Your Parachute and work through all of the exercises.
A few years ago the book helped me a lot when I was facing a similar challenge. You have to work through the exercises to get value from the book. It's not enough to merely read the book.

Well you seem like you have more of an idea on what to do than me. I am transferring to a university after one year in community college (waste of my time, since I still don't know what career to choose). Although when applying to the university, I put architect as my major, but I'm still not sure. I guess what I'm trying to say is that for your first year it's fine if you still don't have it figured out, but by the end it's best to have it figured out. I've taken classes that have nothing to do with the architect degree plan, like the biology for science majors class. It's good how you're narrowing down your options by excluding any jobs that have to do with being in an office and you have your multiple choices. Perhaps you can go talk to a counselor about it, but of course someone else can't choose for you. It's all up to you.
Good luck
