I really really need this photo enhanced?

I have a photo I took on my phone I need to make it more clear like I want it to have more resolution you know more detailed. Can I use photo shop to sharpen it? thank you

Update:

I was just hoping since you can take old photos and scan them into a computer and sharpen them and clean them up i could do the same i guess its all a crock thanks

    You can't make photos "more clear" by editing. You cannot increase the resolution of an image - if you try to do it you will reduce the quality, not improve it.

    Sorry it's just not possible.

    Try less complex photo editors. There are many that you can find online!

    There are ways of doing it but you would have to get it done by a pro.

    We do this at my job for our customers but get it sent out.
