Why teach to GPA, isnt it better to teach to comprehend?
Just because you get an A or B on a test or in a class, that doesn't mean you truly and fully understood the material. In many cases all you did was to regurgitate the material. That's why I disagree with standardized tests, not every learns the same way or is capable of doing the same things.

How do you suggest that we measure how well our education systems are doing then?
The teaching techniques that the core uses, are suppose to teach our brains how to comprehend, conceptualize, teach us how to think. When used properly and in my opinion, in conjunction with some other add ons. It can be quite effective. I do believe the standards set are way to low.
