How much jail time or fine can i get if i have not signed up for Obama care yet?

If they do fine me and I refuse to pay the fine will I then be arrested?

    The IRS will confiscate your entire pay for the following year.

    You can get an exemption, this administration has relaxed the rules so far that no one who tries to get the exemption, should be denied.
